With Eficode ROOT, you can choose the scope of the service, whether you want to include all your tools or start small and grow with time. In any case you will benefit from our 15+ years of experience in providing DevOps tooling related consultancy, support, and maintenance services.

# Eficode ROOT developed tools and services
Table 2 includes software or services with software developed by Eficode. These software are available only to Eficode ROOT customers. These software are licensed under [Eficode Software License Agreement](https://eficodemsdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RES/pages/2293763).

| Eficode ROOT Team Management | Eficode ROOT Team Management enables software development teams to manage tool and project access rights. More information is available at [Eficode ROOT Team Management](https://eficodemsdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ERTM). |
| Atlassian Cloud backup service | Atlassian Cloud backup service provides regular automated backups of customer specific Atlassian Cloud sites, covering Jira and Confluence tools. Backups provided by the service ensure data can be restored in case of major Atlassian Cloud outages or if data is accidentally removed. In case data needs to be restored, Eficode ROOT support coordinates the restoration with the customer. The service includes:
- Automatic backups of an Atlassian Cloud site every 72 hours
- Storing of 10 latest backups
- 1 TB of storage in an Eficode managed public cloud environment
- Yearly restoration testing to a sandbox environment
Performance and other interaction with the Atlassian Cloud is subject to features and performance provided by Atlassian Cloud. This may affect for example restoration time why it is recommended to restore the backups only in case of major and long-term incidents. Some data, such as automation rules, third-party apps and their data, and product access settings are not included in the backups. Backups are made only for cloud restoration, due to feature disparity and licensing requirements between cloud and Data Center instances. |

# Eficode ROOT end of support software
Table 3 includes a list of software of which no new long-term deployments are done in Eficode ROOT. Existing deployments are still supported. With new Eficode ROOT customers, we help with migration to other supported software and can provide short-term support services to end of support software to ensure a proper migration.
